My professional work spans across more than 13 years in the water, sanitation and environmental engineering sector, and working as a construction supervisor and project manager. I have experience in starting up business units, forming and implementing strategies to meet market demand, creating and generating interest and awareness of services and products offered and in leading a team of middle management in attaining and achieving the goal set by the organisation to comply with internationally recognised standards.
I have been a leader on projects implementing international development projects funded by the World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB) and Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), among others.
